DreamDecor does not rent accommodation. You book the venue — hotel, cottage, Airbnb, or it happens at your place. We handle everything inside it.

Book the venue
Hotel, cottage, Airbnb — or it’s at your place. You send us the address, the check-in time and how we get in.
We plan it together
Colours, wall message, engraving text. A 50% deposit holds the date for you alone.
You open the door
We set up between 5 and 8 PM, unseen. You arrive together. The rest is none of our business.

They opened the door
She was crying before she’d taken three steps into the room. The helium ceiling above the bed was unreal — and the key engraved with our initials is still on her keyring.

Our policies
Please read before booking. They protect your evening as much as our work.
01Deposit and payment+
A non-refundable 50% deposit confirms the booking. Once it is paid, we turn down every other request for that date and start buying: balloons, engraving, flowers.
The balance is due before setup begins, on the day itself. No setup starts with an unpaid balance.
If we have to cancel for a reason on our side, the deposit is refunded in full.
02Dates and changes+
Confirm the date with us before you book your hotel, Airbnb or cottage. Dates go first come, first served.
A date change is free if it is requested at least 7 days ahead, subject to availability. Later than that, it is treated as a cancellation followed by a new booking, and the deposit is not transferable.
03Access to the room+
We need 2 hours of uninterrupted access. Setups start around 5 PM and are finished by 8 PM at the latest.
An express setup (under 2 hours) is sometimes possible, but it must be approved before booking and may carry an additional fee.
Arranging our access is the client’s responsibility: key, code, front-desk authorization or the host’s permission. Any access delay caused by the venue or the client may reduce the scope of the setup, with no refund.
04Discretion+
We arrive unmarked, work quietly and leave no trace of our visit — only the decor.
We work alone. No one else may be in the room during setup, except in private homes, where the client may stay.
We never reveal a surprise. On request, we can communicate differently: texts only, a code word, an alternate contact.
05Venue rules and damage+
It is the client’s responsibility to confirm that decorations are allowed by the hotel, host or owner. Any fees, fines or cleaning charges imposed by a venue are the client’s responsibility.
We use damage-free fixings wherever possible. We are not responsible for the condition of the room before we arrive, nor for decorations moved or removed after we leave.
06Engraving and custom items+
Engraving text must be confirmed in writing at least 72 hours ahead. The client is responsible for the spelling and dates provided: once engraved, it is final.
Custom items are non-refundable under any circumstance, as they cannot be resold.
07Allergies and sensitivities+
Tell us about any allergy or sensitivity (flowers, petals, room fragrance, latex) when you book, and we will adapt the setup. We are not responsible for a reaction if the sensitivity was not communicated to us in writing.
08Force majeure+
For events beyond our control (extreme weather, road closures, venue cancellation, emergencies), we will offer to move to the next available date. The deposit stays non-refundable, but it transfers in full to the new date.
