Check our availability
Before booking your hotel or Airbnb, reach out to confirm your date is free. (You can also message us after booking — but checking first is safer.)
Book your room
Book your hotel room, Airbnb or cottage — or tell us it’s happening at home. Send us the address and the check-in details.
Design your moment
Together, we plan everything: your wall message, the colour theme, the cake flavour and the details of your engraved keepsakes — initials, dates, your words.
Secure your date
A 50% deposit confirms and protects your booking. Your date is now exclusively yours — we turn away all other requests.
We arrive before you
Since check-ins are usually in the afternoon, we typically begin around 5 PM and finish no later than 8 PM — quietly, professionally, invisibly.

Our Policies
We protect your moment — and our craft. Please read before booking.
01Deposit & payment
+
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the order total is required to confirm any booking. This deposit protects your date: once it is paid, we turn away all other requests for that time slot and begin purchasing your custom materials (balloons, engravings, cake, flowers).
The remaining balance is due before setup begins, on the day of your event. No setup will begin while a balance remains unpaid.
If DreamDecor must cancel for reasons within our control, your deposit is refunded in full.
02Booking & date changes

We strongly recommend confirming your date with us before booking your hotel, Airbnb or cottage. Availability is limited and dates are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
A date change is permitted at no charge when requested at least 7 days before the event, subject to availability. Changes requested on shorter notice are treated as a cancellation followed by a new booking; the original deposit is non-transferable.
03Setup time & access

We require a minimum of 2 hours of uninterrupted access to the space. Standard setups begin around 5 PM (after typical check-in hours) and are completed no later than 8 PM.
Express setups (under 2 hours) may be possible if discussed and approved before booking, and may incur additional fees.
The client is responsible for arranging our access to the room (key, code, front-desk authorization or host permission). Any access delay caused by the venue or the client may reduce the scope of the setup, with no refund.
04Privacy & discretion

Discretion is our signature. We arrive unmarked, work in silence and leave no trace of our presence — only the décor.
We work alone. No client, guest or third party may be present in the space during setup — with the exception of private residences, where the client (or a person they designate) may be present.
We never reveal a surprise. Communications can be routed discreetly (text only, code words, alternate contact) on request.
05Venue rules & damage

The client is responsible for confirming that decorations are permitted by the hotel, host or property owner. Any fees, fines or cleaning charges imposed by a venue are the client’s responsibility.
We use damage-free mounting methods wherever possible. DreamDecor is not responsible for the pre-existing condition of the room, nor for decorations altered, moved or removed by venue staff or guests after our departure.
06Custom & engraved items

Engraving details (initials, names, dates, messages) and cake flavours must be confirmed in writing at least 72 hours before the event. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the spelling and dates provided — engraved items are final once produced.
Custom and engraved items are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they cannot be resold.
07Allergies & food safety

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions (cake, petals, fragrance) at the time of booking. Cakes are sourced from licensed suppliers; DreamDecor is not responsible for allergic reactions when restrictions have not been disclosed in writing.
08Force majeure
+
DreamDecor is not responsible for any failure to perform due to events beyond our control (extreme weather, road closures, venue cancellation, emergencies). In such cases, we will offer to reschedule to the next available date; deposits remain non-refundable but are fully transferable to the new date.
By paying a deposit, the client confirms they have read and accepted these policies in full.
